More is always better! We'll select the best pieces for your collage and return everything we don't use.

We can work with what you have! Smaller collages (24×36) can work beautifully with 30-40 pieces if that's what you've saved.\

We curate the pieces that work best together for composition, color, and balance. Any unused artwork is carefully packaged and returned to you with your finished collage.

Absolutely! Include a note with "must include" favorites and we'll design around them as hero pieces. We want to honor what matters most to you.

Yes! Sibling collages are beautiful. If possible, note which artwork belongs to which child so we can balance it appropriately.

Holiday deadlines are published on our product page and enforced strictly:

Once your artwork arrives, we'll email you within 24 hours with photos confirming what we received, then request your remaining 50% payment to begin production.

Nope! The cradled wood panel has finished edges on all sides and includes hanging hardware. It's designed to hang frameless for a modern, clean look. 

We use UV-resistant sealant to protect against fading. However, no colored paper is 100% fade-proof forever. We recommend avoiding direct sunlight when possible. Normal indoor lighting is perfectly fine. Your collage is designed to last generations with proper care.

Wood panels are surprisingly lightweight. We install professional hanging hardware on the back. It hangs like any framed artwork - typically a single nail or wall anchor depending on size.

Shipping ranges from $200-$350 depending on collage size. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We use white-glove packaging with multiple layers of protective materials, corner protectors, and custom-sized boxes. Every shipment is fully insured and tracked.

We stand behind every collage. If you're not thrilled with the final piece, we'll work with you to make it right - whether that's adjustments, a redo, or a full refund. 

Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your production slot and we cap our capacity. If you’d like to cancel before production, you will lose your deposit. Once production has started (after you've paid the second 50%), cancellation isn't possible.

Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of each collage, all sales are final.
